Bio….

Peter Merry has been helping couples create fun and entertaining wedding receptions since 1992.
He has presented seminars on wedding entertainment performance techniques, wedding marketing, and sales consultation skills to wedding professionals in over 60 cities across the United States along with Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas. He’s the Author of “The Best Wedding Reception…Ever!” It is the first published guidebook for brides and grooms on creating an unforgettably fun wedding celebration. He has trained over 200 wedding entertainers from around the world through his 2-day workshop called The Professional Process. Though he is still entertaining at weddings across the United States, he now also serves as a Sales Manager with Encore providing in-house Event Technology services for the Loews Kansas City, where he has personally secured over $2,000,000 in sales in 2023. Finally, he is passionate about helping all wedding professionals to provide better calibers of services to their brides and grooms.

Rather than talk about how to do it, Peter Merry will meet with a prospective wedding couple (who have not yet hired a DJ) “live” on the stage as he walks them through a collection of stories and examples that will help them to see the full value of our unique services. This will be an actual sales presentation with a couple that he has never met or spoken with in advance. With just a few minor details provided in advance (which will be unsealed at the close of his seminar the day before), Peter will give them a personalized presentation that should prove highly educational for all in attendance.
